Admission Policy

Admissions to the Basic B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing programmes for the academic year will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).

Seats marked as “booked” will be treated as booked/waitlisted for the Basic B.Sc. Nursing programme. Final confirmation of admission will be based on the clarification and allotment issued by KEA.

 
♦ NOTE – As per the above policy, the Principal or Management shall not be held responsible in situations where a student is not granted admission despite booking or waitlisting a seat.

              

Online Payment Terms & Conditions-

This online payment system is provided by Tatwadarsha Institute of Nursing Science. The Institute’s authority may update these terms from time to time, effective immediately when posted here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for the Institute is India.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. By using this facility, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept, please do not proceed.

Payment Conditions:

• Course descriptions are personalized upon login with your password.
• Payments are normally required in advance of course registration.
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and subject to change by the Institute.
• Payments typically reach the Institute’s account within two working days.
• Incorrect account or personal details are the responsibility of the payer.
• The Institute is not responsible for declined payments from card issuers.
• Users must check with their bank to confirm payment deduction.
• The Institute is not liable for any damages resulting from site usage or linked websites.

Refund Policy:

• No refunds are given if a student discontinues before completing their program.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be made only to the original card used for payment.
• The Institute is not obligated to refund unless payment was successfully made.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations are permitted. Disputes due to technical issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Security:

• Payment details entered are encrypted for security.
• The Institute is not liable for data viewed or stolen during the payment process if shared or left visible.

Service Provider:

• Payments can be made by credit/debit card or net banking.
• The Service Provider collects payments and confirms them to the Institute.
• Students must follow up if confirmation is not received within 14 days.
• Responsibility for tuition fee payment remains until confirmation is received.

Registration with Fine:

The academic calendar includes registration dates. Physical presence is required. For late registration due to valid reasons:

• Obtain a medical certificate (if applicable).
• Report to the Academic Section for Dean's permission.
• Pay registration fee with fine before the final date.

Privacy Policy:

This policy applies to all Institute products, services, and websites. Specific notices may apply to certain products. Questions may be directed via the website or in writing.
